Bumbo retirement Empty Bumbo retirement

Post  AKJenn77 Sat Dec 15, 2007 10:16 pm

Well Sarah squirmed her way out of her bumbo last night. It was on the kitchen floor while I was doing dishes. I hear her grunting, look over and she is reaching for her pacifier that she dropped. Then I swear it happend in slow motion, she toppled right out of it onto her forhead. Poor girl, It's hard to see in the pic, but she has a bruise the size of my thumbprint on the right side of her forhead.

The bumbo has been officially retired. RIP

Poor Sarah, but at least she won't be confined to that bumbo anymore! I am sure that was her plan all along.

I put Karlie's away a couple weeks ago because she started turning sideways and leaning out. I knew it would only be a matter of time before she managed to get all the way out. I have the tray to the bumbo seat and when I would put that on she would just look at me like how dare you! , so that wasn't going to work either. Oh well, another toy added to what will eventually become a huge pile of unused/old toys. jocolor
